Company Spotlight: Axialent

 Ivy Exec recently interviewed Francisco Cherny, CEO of Axialent, a firm focused on integrating socially-conscious belief with profit-focused business.  Axialent operates on the belief, backed by statistical analysis, that when business, consciousness and ethics come together, value-creation is at its fullest.

Ivy Exec: In which area of your company do you expect the most growth over the next 12 to 18 months?

Francisco Cherny: We are in the process of developing our E-learning platform, bringing Conscious Business concepts through applications and online material. The idea is to complement our face-to-face approach with innovative, blended-learning solutions.

IE: What changes and challenges do you think your company and industry will see in the next 5 years?

Francisco: It is becoming more necessary to have all the processes of an organization aligned and connected so the companies can achieve greater efficiency. The challenge is to help generate synergies between the different parts of an organization, so every dollar spent is aligned with the overall strategy. Innovation, customer centricity and the ability to bind human processes with business results will be the key.

IE: What attracted you to Axialent?

Francisco: The dream that business can be done in a conscious way helping customers and employees live a meaningful life through the creation of value with goods and services to enrich their lives.

IE: What three words best describe your culture?

IE: If you had to compare Axialent to a car, what type would it be?

Francisco: Toyota Prius. Because is a pioneering and efficient car and tries to contribute to a better world.
