Kaye-Ann Grant: In which area of your company do you expect the most growth over the next 12 to 18 months?
Lido Ramadan: We anticipate the predominance of our growth to be within our public sector clients both in our core cost reduction service offerings, as well as in growing areas such as organizational transformation and workforce modeling.
Kaye-Ann: What changes and challenges do you think your company and industry will see in the next five years?
Lido: It will be critical for our firm and the industry to keep a very close eye on the ever-changing economy to anticipate the health of the general marketplace. The current situation in both the private and public sector is attractive for firms specializing in efficiency related areas, but shifting sands should be closely monitored.
Kaye-Ann: What attracted you to Censeo?
Lido: We felt that there was the potential to grow a firm that combined a true care for people, as well as a passion for delivering results to our clients. We wanted to create a unique culture that would grow careers while maintaining a family-type feel even through growth.
