About Jim John

Jim John serves as Chief Operating Officer at Jim is responsible for the development and management of’s recruitment sales, finance, marketing, traffic acquisition, business development, and business operations divisions in support of day-to-day execution and business expansion plans.

Jim has over 30 years of experience in international financial services and technology with deep experience in strategy development, P&L accountability, thought-leadership, client relationship management and team building.  Prior to joining, Inc., Jim served as President of Parente Randolph’s Technology division where he was later promoted to Chief Administrative Officer. Jim also held several executive positions with top-tier multinational organizations, including: President of the International Division of Advanta Corporation, Executive Vice President of MasterCard International, Inc., COO of an internet marketing firm, and President and COO of a Top Ten internet search engine.  He earned an MBA in Finance from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton.
