Ivy Exec is pleased to announce the launch of two new features: The 2016 Best Consulting Firms to Work For, and our brand new Company Profiles.
From the beginning, Ivy Exec’s mission has been to empower high-achieving professionals with the resources they need to achieve their career goals.
Part of this mission is to provide job seekers with a strategic approach to their search and tools to help them make informed decisions when seeking and applying for their next position. And our ranking of Best Consulting Firms to Work for is just one of the ways we help.
Introducing the 2016 Best Consulting Firms to Work For
Originally launched in 2015, the ranking returns in 2016 with a broader scope of companies – both large and boutique.
These rankings help job seekers find the best-fit company for their career according to ranked criteria including: most challenging and enriching work, best cultures, strongest leadership, best compensation packages, and most prestigious.
To create these rankings, we surveyed thousands of Ivy Exec members who are current and former employees of these companies. This allows us to provide readers with an in-depth look into each company from a verified-insider’s perspective.
Introducing Company Profiles
Our rankings go even deeper with the introduction of Company Profiles.
These Profiles inform job seekers on the criteria that matter most when finding a company to work for.
Our data-driven approach shows you details of the aforementioned categories (culture, work, leadership, money) on a much more granular level such as: diversity, average hours worked per week or days spent traveling, availability to senior leadership, salary data, and perks such as telecommuting and paid leave.
Each of these is supplemented with reviews straight from the source.
These reviews provide honest and frank insight into what it is like to work at the company, without the spam normally found on other online reviews.
