An expert in responsible supply chain management, world class performance and organizational psychology, Simon Croom is a professor in the University of San Diego School of Business. His most recent research has been focused on how organizations develop strategies for world class performance and the impact of executive psychopathy in corporations.

He has published extensively and is one of the top cited academics in the field of supply chain management. Prior to academia he worked in supply chain for Jaguar Cars, was an executive for an engineering company and went on to run his own retail businesses before earning a PhD in 1996. At the University of San Diego, he teaches in the MBA, master’s of supply chain management and master’s of global leadership programs.
