Nancy Farina Johnston, Senior Associate Director, Experienced Professionals
Nancy Farina Johnston leads the delivery of career management services to the Columbia Business School alumni community. She has worked as an Executive Coach with individuals in various stages of their careers, in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. Earlier in her career she developed and executed marketing strategy for a variety of software companies.

Hannah Chase – Instructor and Manager, Multimedia Resources 
Hannah Chase maintains an extensive multimedia library for the department and maintains her own career consulting practice. Hannah has been teaching and performing improvisation in New York City for many years, and uses applied improvisation techniques in her private practice to work with individuals and companies on a variety of professional development and leadership topics.
