About Presenters:

Toni Santillan is the Program Director for the Certificate of Advanced Accounting Proficiency (CAAP) program at the Leavey School of Business, Santa Clara University. During her 3 years as the Program Director for the CAAP Program, she has implemented numerous improvements to the program strengthening the relationship of CAAP alumni with the program. Toni was a public school teacher prior to moving in to higher education. She earned her BA in Sociology from San Jose State University and received her teaching credential from Chapman University.

Duncan has worked with BDO since 2014 and has experience working on both public and private companies in various industries including technology, life sciences, restaurants and alternative investments. He has experience working on the audits and reviews of financial statements of publicly traded companies including necessary filings with the SEC, compliance with Sarbanes Oxley and the transition to ASC606. He is currently the manager on a publicly traded networking company with operations in over 50 countries.
