I would recommend Accenture to younger professionals. Ones that have just graduated and need to learn. It's an excellent opportunity to learn. For older professionals, it's not as good as it looks like.

I worked with the Avanade division which focuses on custom enterprise tech solutions on the Microsoft platform. They were the top rated Microsoft gold partner and the projects were substantial (not break/fix work). Plus Avanade has a special relationship with Microsoft as a minority owner. As a result, recruiting passive talent to Avanade vs. competitors wasn't bad. The biggest challenge was the travel associated with client-focused IT consulting but certainly no worse than any other consultancy.
