The org structure is not sustainable, there are far too many managers for the total population of employees. The company isn't great at making hard decisions and often lets people linger on for a long time, even with poor performance reviews. Our executive staff is mostly inexperienced. Our customer service org needs a lot of work as well.

The company's core values (belonging, hosting, citizenship, engagement) lead the culture even as we've grown. I've been at the company for less than 5 months and it is a place where I feel that I belong. It is a company of many young people but they are hiring more mature and experienced managers to help scale up - which is a smart business decision. With no offices per se, the building can be a little "sensory overload." It is difficult to find a quiet space to think, reflect -which is why I think many people (if their job allows) do work from home at least once a week.
