Aramark is a very good company and have the best tools however the upper management was not a positive reflection of the corporate office. We lost a 26 million dollar contract because of the hubris approach of bad leaders.

I feel like when my division was liquidated and my great skill set, good reviews, there should have been a place for me or better efforts to place me by the HR team and there wasn't. We had a weak HR team at the time.

As with all companies of this size, when you reach the lower rungs of senior management, the options for advancement get fewer and fewer. At some point you reach your glass ceiling and either you accept this or you meed to leave. Once you reach this level, as with all large companies, you become labeled and profiled and then your options become very limited.
