Employee - Director
Low pay
Employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant
Company expected too much me from as an employee with very little support if any at all. Required me to work through my injury that happened while on the job.
Employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant
Very unorganized and management is all talk when it comes to carrying out plans. Easier said then done. Never took in account my view as my job required. Always had to be run their way. Garments were always late and management would rarely deliver late garments to my accounts.
Employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant
It's a company that is a work in progress. There's plenty of room for opportunity of change that needs to occur. Management needs to see and clearly understand the views of the RSR.
Employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant
Leadership is horrible! Micro managing, assumptions and acts of favoritism. Diffently the "good ol boys" club.
Employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant
The manager (Mike Smothers) in the stock room was allowed to treat others without the managers title rudely. Others complained to higher management but was done. We were told that is just the way he is.
Employee - Principal / Managing Director / General Manager
Inferior Human Resources function, inadequate Corporate Support, lack of quality company culture, frequent acts of ageism and hourly worker abuse. Avoid this company at a costs.
Employee - Principal / Managing Director / General Manager
Dog eat dog. When you start making a little money you're replaced with a high school dropout who spends more time taking breaks than performing.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
They demand longer hours for the managers and shame you if you do not want to work them
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
The culture at Aramark was work as hard as you can then add 20% more.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
The work hours were extreme. 10-12 hours on normal days, 16 hour days or worse during crunch time. As a front line manager, I got little to no support from corporate. The pay was below market average.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
The culture had a clear focus on producing. And while I was able to do that I had little work life balance. You are expected to be available 24/7 365. No vacations.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
This company is not woman friendly or family friendly. You will work a lot of hours. There is no advancement opportunity.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
The Aramark culture is not part of the Argentine operation. The company was acquired by Aramark in the past and at that time they´ve never exchanged their culture with us.
Employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant
Too much turnover. Pushing the wrong people into upper management.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Disorganized communication from upper management.
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Dramatic and disorganized
Employee - Manager / Senior Manager
Demanding and disorganized. Little or no training
Employee - Vice President (VP, SVP, EVP, etc.)
Company is still deciding who they are and where they want to operate and grow. The right person may be a fit, however you have to look at the overall picture before jumping on board.
Employee - Director
Note supportive of employees with children. No flexibility whatsoever.
