Organizational culture lacks trust; employees are afraid to speak up. Perceived lack of fairness and transparency into role/project assignments, promotions and compensation processes. Lack of equity across organization; i.e., certain title levels, geographies, roles, etc. seem to be favored over others. Lack of clarity into organizational vision, direction and strategy. Inadequate and ineffective communication across organization - top/down, bottom/up, peer-to-peer.
