Featured Review

Current employee - Analyst / Associate / Consultant

Everyone is extremely approachable, even those in senior leadership positions, which means that there is always support and advice available. It also means that there is a 'culture of learning', as people are also interested in talking to each other and in learning about the different projects they are working on, or experiences they have gained from past projects. Everyone is very intelligent, with very diverse backgrounds, which means people's opinions and input are valued right from the start, even if you are an analyst or an intern. There is an emphasis on work-life balance, and people respect each others' time.
