Employee - Associate Consultant

DRG has been rising in its prominence in the marketplace, competing with the MBB and the Big 4 for a bunch of projects. This demonstrates that the quality of their work is being recognized, and more and more people are interested in becoming a part of this firm. Given its focus in healthcare, it is certainly considered a very important player in the field.

Employee - Principal

The sense of team stands out the most. All work is team-centric, the culture is very collaborative, and the people are genuinely lovely.

Employee - Associate Consultant

Very friendly atmosphere, working alongside knowledgeable colleagues who are always happy to help.

Employee - Associate Consultant

Knowledgeable, approachable, helpful, friendly

Employee - Associate Consultant

The ability to work from home if required and the option of flex time when needed.

Employee - Associate Consultant

Very good market reputation.

Professional and efficient

Employee - Associate Consultant

I am quite a new member of DRGC and I am currently not aware of the compensation structure.

Employee - Associate Consultant

DRGC offer a discount at a particular Gym, however it is still quite expensive even with the discount.

Employee - Associate Consultant

The culture is friendly and polite, yet not very social.

Employee - Associate Consultant

I think the reputation is ok, however I am aware that there are other consultancies that are bigger and better.

Employee - Senior Consultant

The company has seen an incredible amount of growth in just a few short years. The types of problems our clients approach us with has become increasingly sophisticated and complex, allowing our team new opportunities to consistently grow in our knowledge and capabilities.

Employee - Senior Consultant

Although the management team is a big young, they have a lot of passion and dedication for what they do and they're genuinely interested in receiving feedback in order to grow.

Employee - Senior Consultant

The compensation structure is something that has recently been a work in progress and is not yet fully transparent to the staff. We know that compensation bands have been put in place but we do not yet know where we fall on the band. It's still a work in progress.

Employee - Senior Consultant

The approach towards work-life balance policies/perks are not consistent throughout the organization and can vary from office to office. For instance some firms allow working from home/telecommuting while some offices are strictly in office from 8AM-6PM M-F. Most of this largely has to do with different office cultures/different management preferences. That could also be another factor: there is a lack of unity among the management/leadership team in the kind of culture desired and how to execute on it.

Employee - Senior Consultant

Majority of DRG's consulting group is built of young individuals who are very ambitious and willing to work very hard (long hours, tough projects and deadlines, etc.) and this offers for a very intellectually stimulating and challenging environment where a lot of growth can be achieved if you can keep up and you're willing to put in the hard work. However, we still need to improve on unifying our vision of where we want to go as a firm and how we want to get there. Some people don't like that uncertainty; others don't mind.

Employee - Senior Consultant

Still emerging as a new firm. Clients and prospective employees are now starting to be exposed to our new marketing strategies and recognizing us as "one DRG" as opposed to the legacy companies they were previously aware of.

Employee - Senior Consultant

DRG Consulting offers incredibly interesting work, a high level of trust from clients, ample focus from leadership team on encouraging professional development, and phenomenal culture driven by supportive, intelligent, and fun colleagues.

Employee - Senior Consultant

DRGC's culture is so strong because our team consists of highly supportive, collaborative, reliable, respectful, and personable individuals.

Employee - Senior Consultant

The culture here at DRG is driven, hard working, with respect to the work life balance importance.
