We have dedicated Research Group in India, so consultants do not need to spend much time doing market research. This makes our lives better. There is no up-or-out policy and they are happy to invest in developing us. Also networking with Partners to grab a chance to get staffed on project(s) is not required. Staffing plays a great role - provides equal chances. Great for people like me who are shy/introverted. Very much international-friendly. Generous in sponsoring visa / green card.

No up or out culture and trying to invest in developing us: I heard many times when my friends were laid off because their utilization was low.
