Would change very little. The pace of life in a busy investment banking firm can be hectic at times, but that is endemic to any professional services organization. I love working at Headwaters.

They do not hand hold. They hire you to get a job done and expect results. As such, you will be treated like an adult upon arrival. However, at entry level, some tolerances for learning curve seem to be made. You work like an adult, you will receive the respect you deserve and most likely pay reflective of those efforts.

Tolerant of all race creeds and genders. Good people. In my interview they interviewed for culture fit before any consideration of skill. Autonomous. No micro management. Unlimited Vacation (if you can use it, but its there). Generally good vibes throughout the office. Surrounded by hard workers.
