Current employee - Analyst

Innovative and Exemplary are the two words I would choose. I choose innovative as one since the sectors we work in and the solutions we provide to clients are often novel and unexpected, and the process of figuring out a unique solution to a difficult problem is central to the work they do. I would choose exemplary as the second because it is evident to everyone at the firm that they are working non-stop to guarantee the firm's growth and success, and it is comforting at a lower level to know that the senior leadership is taking such initiative, something that may not be so apparent at larger and less transparent companies.

Current employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Keystone cares about not only high quality client work, but also pay a lot of attentions on employee's career development. As a senior associate I already have a lot of exposure to client facing work immediately after joining the firm. I also have 1 on 1s with teammates and partners all the time on a regular basis. Another thing makes Keystone special is our strong network not only in the industry and fortune 500 clients, but also in academia. Our experts include professors from Harvard, Stanford, CMU, MIT and so many more top universities. Keystone is such a great bridge to connect the industry and academic world. Another thing I have to mention is that Keystone is a company cares a lot of diversity and Keystone people believe we should "work hard and be nice to people". I really love the Keystone culture and truly believe that employees can grow fast by helping each other in such a great working environment.
