Innovative and Exemplary are the two words I would choose. I choose innovative as one since the sectors we work in and the solutions we provide to clients are often novel and unexpected, and the process of figuring out a unique solution to a difficult problem is central to the work they do. I would choose exemplary as the second because it is evident to everyone at the firm that they are working non-stop to guarantee the firm's growth and success, and it is comforting at a lower level to know that the senior leadership is taking such initiative, something that may not be so apparent at larger and less transparent companies.

Keystone cares about not only high quality client work, but also pay a lot of attentions on employee's career development. As a senior associate I already have a lot of exposure to client facing work immediately after joining the firm. I also have 1 on 1s with teammates and partners all the time on a regular basis. Another thing makes Keystone special is our strong network not only in the industry and fortune 500 clients, but also in academia. Our experts include professors from Harvard, Stanford, CMU, MIT and so many more top universities. Keystone is such a great bridge to connect the industry and academic world. Another thing I have to mention is that Keystone is a company cares a lot of diversity and Keystone people believe we should "work hard and be nice to people". I really love the Keystone culture and truly believe that employees can grow fast by helping each other in such a great working environment.

Keystone is an amazing place to start or grow a career. There are amazingly talented folks with a range of backgrounds and expertise, top tech industry clients, a range of interesting projects, and great job flexibility. Finally, there is a true emphasis on mentoring and professional development.

The entrepreneurial spirit with which we tackle projects -- thoughtfulness, creativity, ambition. We never start off trying to solve a problem assuming we know the answer. And, we seek out creative means of solving problems with creative uses for data that others find daunting or unsolvable.

I think the firm is growing in size and reputation. We have worked with excellent clients for years, and I think the reputation we have earned in the industry is growing.

In your first year at Keystone, you will have exposure to top tier clients with compelling business problems, work alongside great people, and have a solid work/life balance. The quality of life at Keystone is an A. That's all you can ask for in this Industry.

Keystone has a perfect culture for me: young, fun and flat. People speak their mind and don't change themselves for work vs. personal life. The culture is very social - at least once a month the whole office has a "KNO" or "Keystone Night Out" which consists of drinks and an event (bowling, escape the room, go-karting, etc.). Drinks often happen weekly as well - people who work later will often grab dinner or drinks covered by the company. Every Friday lunch is catered, which brings the whole office together for good conversation. Friday afternoons we serve from the beer keg we have on tap, built into our kitchen counter (we also have cold-brew coffee on tap). The culture is very flat - partners are just as often involved in firm social activities as first-year associates. Overall, I'm so happy to work here.

Keystone is well-known in the tech sector as the top firm for strategy and economic consulting - we are consistently hired by the world's leading tech firms to solve their most difficult and pressing business problems. Experience at the firm leads Keystone alums to great success in their careers. I've not heard of an Associate leaving Keystone without admittance to a top tier business or laws school, if they applied. Many also exit Keystone with exciting positions at leading tech companies (Google, Facebook, etc.). Overall, I feel extremely proud having Keystone on my resume - I know my experience at Keystone will make job and graduate school applications much easier.

Keystone is populated with people who are genuinely curious and caring both about project work and personal lives. It allows for people to be themselves in all settings and leads to high functioning teams.

Fantastic culture and project work; entrepreneurial environment with strong focus on development of employees

Current employee - Partner

Culture is focused on bringing out the best of all members of the firm; hierarchy is flat (know everyone claims it but it's really true at Keystone); we all depend on and help one another; being super genuine with clients and helping them make the best decisions (regardless of impact on our revenues etc.)

Current employee - Partner

While we are a smaller firm, we have a very strong reputation within the clients we focus on serving and a growing reputation at schools where we source our candidates. We are known for solving really hard problems and bringing unusual and innovative ideas to solve client challenges

Current employee - Partner

Keystone is a truly special to place to work because of its insight-focused and multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving. At Keystone, you work with the best of economics, data science, computer science, engineering and traditional business disciplines to solve strategy and competition questions for technology companies. The firm is non-hierarchical and provides leadership opportunities fast.

Current employee - Partner

The most interesting aspect of Keystone's culture is the lack of hierarchy and the entrepreneurial nature of opportunity. In the last few years, you see whole practices and groups created out of the vision and drive of individuals. The firm does not bound ambition and there is no rigid rules-based decision-making holding back opportunities for leadership.

Current employee - Partner

Keystone is known to technology companies as the go-to firm for helping solve the hardest and most unique problems of strategy and competition.

Current employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

I am most struck by the free flow of ideas and information across all levels of the firm. The partnership is completely transparent about firm operations, and while every workplace talks about respect as an important value, Keystone means it.
