Most Helpful Positive Review

Current employee - Principal/VP/Director

Values people and keeps local focus. Executive leadership needs to pay more attention to strategy, change management and communication but they seem committed to fix issues

Most Helpful Critical Review

Current employee - Manager

Still relatively unknown in the consulting space but investing in developing a market presence and reputation.

Great values, good pay.

Current employee - Principal/VP/Director

Not as well known as it should be. Marketing is a real weakness for North Highland right now.

Current employee - Principal/VP/Director

North Highland's culture is that of teamwork and collaboration. Spirit to help and support each other; no pressure to do anything unethical.

We're still new in seattle so we're building the reputation. It is strong at our current clients.

I have to qualify the answer as NH may be a fit for some. For those who want to do BD and are ok with the likelihood of generalist consulting roles, it might be appropriate. I would advise those with less desire to be entrepreneurial and a more specialized skillset to vet NH carefully to ensure they can do the work they want to do.

Current employee - Manager

Culture is entrepreneurial, political and interpersonal.

Former employee - Manager

Wonderful colleagues, clients/projects and great firm support

Former employee - Manager

Culture is camaraderie focused. Everyone does what's best for the client.

Former employee - Manager

For those that are familiar, a strong reputation for client focus and delivery.

Current employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

North Highland, at least as far as their staffing arm, TrueBridge Resources goes, does their best to keep associates informed and engaged. Rates are reasonable, and the people are great co-workers.

Current employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Cannot really say with any certainty, only hear from them relatively infrequently. Have not worked with them personally.

Current employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Pay for staffing associates is middle of the road. They don't always get the top roles, so pay is not on the high end, regardless of the capabilities of the associate.

Current employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Benefits for the staffing agency are limited to low end group healthcare, two weeks paid vacation only to be taken while on an engagement, and some training money. Holidays are not paid.

Current employee - Senior Associate/Consultant

Culture is standoffish to associates of the staffing arm. Never hear from anyone once fully engaged, except to turn in time sheets.
