Leadership have a very strong and personal opinion on what makes the business successful. Leadership holds very open, adversarial discussions on all firm strategic issues. Firm is flexible in pricing structures to meet clients' needs. Firm invests selectively in client development. Firm invests heftily in professional development for its consultants, and promotes based on merit.

There is an Annual global training event (called International Training Week), hosted in a different city each year. Great chance to meet colleagues from other offices, practice/learn different skills in structured training programs, and get to know a new city (past events in Budapest, Antwerp, Barcelona, etc.).

US offices were small at the time i worked there (<50 consultants across 3 offices). Culture was very tight-knit, congenial, and fun. Almost everyone was passionate, but very level-headed and very easy to work with.
