The company culture is unique. "Assume positive intent" and diversity and inclusion is a big part of the culture there. The HR Operations dept and leadership has been problematic but most other places and departments are very happy environments

Diversity and inclusivity is well respected and they want you to "bring your whole self to work" every day. Individuality is what makes Pepsi teams successful.

As most corporations, PepsiCo wants people to continued to be promoted and moved. They overlook sometimes that a person is excellent at they do and will continue to perform at an excellent level. I moved five times in seven years and wanted to stay at my current position but had to leave the company because they wanted me to move again.

The opportunity to grow and develop are unmatched working at PepsiCo; the long-term compensation is outstanding; however, they have incredibly high standards and low tolerance for mistakes. You need a strong backbone to survive, let along thrive. I wouldn't trade my 15 years of experience for anything, but I would not return.
