The most valuable part of Simon-Kucher & Partners "benefits" is the culture that is not face-time oriented. Consulting is always a job that will require long hours but, most weeks I can leave work early enough to spend some time my kids before she goes to bed, and can continue working from home after that. Doesn't happen every day, but it happens enough to make it worth a lot.
