The culture at Sway Group is phenomenal. I just started working here last month and we had a full company retreat in vegas during which the leadership described their vision and plans for the new year. It felt great to meet the team and all be in one room and hear such wonderful collaborative goals coming from management. I feel really lucky and supported, by not just management but all of the ladies on the team. Speaking of which, it's about a 20 person company and 19 of the employees are women! Which is incredible and I love :)

It's a great working environment and since a majority of us work remotely, communication is key.
