Our leadership team is transparent, humble, and easy-going. We are able to talk to our CEO/COO at any time with ease. They're always listening to us and making sure that we're happy. I truly believe that they don't sleep at night if we're not happy.

We have a very strong base salary (I actually got a bump in base salary after leaving a Big 4 consulting firm) and then we also can access two bonuses: chargeability and sales. The bonuses are paid out twice a year. The chargeability bonus is a percentage of the amount your client pays for your services, so you tangibly get money back for the hours you've worked. The sales bonus is for other work that you actively work to sell, you can get up to 10% of the sale. Together they are substantial bonuses that you're very easily able to tie back to your work (not some random group who decides what you deserve).

There are too many benefits to name, but the most notable is our zzzMail policy (no emailing 10pm-6am or at all on the weekends). The office is also a perk, it is so energizing to be there. We get free lunch on Fridays (and not just pizza, super healthy and gourmet lunches). We do a ton of fun activities through our Thrive Live team (exercise classes, Murder Mystery nights, painting parties). We have two Summit Up (all-hands) meetings per year that are above and beyond any others (Eagles stadium, flying a plane, Phillies stadium) and we have an annual amazing All-Star (holiday) party. That's truly just the tip of the iceberg. They're always identifying cool and new ways to make our team members happy (and a happy team means better delivery). Oh and we just updated our maternity policy to be 16 weeks at 100% paid!
