Vynamic's base salary is very generous. But on top of that the bonus structure allows for a significant increase to one's compensation. There are multiple bonus routes that consultants can receive funds from: 1.) sales bonuses that can be solo or split based on team contribution, 2.) recruiting bonuses that can be solo or split and 3.) chargeability bonus: a certain percent of every $/hr charged to a client for a specific team member goes into a bucket for the team member, as the cumulative revenue generated for the company increases for that team member so does the % that goes into their chargeability bonus bucket. These bonuses are set and are NOT based on year end performance ratings (e.g., what you expect going in and based on sales/utilization is what you'll get at year end). Bonuses are also paid out twice a year, which is a great perk.
