Our founder and CEO, Dan Calista, has helped foster this exceptional culture by a guiding principle: Grow for our people, not at the expense of our people. That simple statement is what initially attracted me to Vynamic and is a reason I choose to stay here. Among the things we have embedded into our ways of working: -Choose to travel or not to travel at all - as a parent, I’ve found this very unique in consulting, and has afforded me invaluable family time. And with the density of healthcare clients in Boston and Philadelphia, it’s feasible from a business perspective to adopt this as a policy. -ZzzMail policy forbids employees from sending emails after 10 p.m. and before 6 a.m., and no emails on the weekends. If there is a true emergency, you call. Get great Zzz’s! -We have a dedicated Health and Care program lead who works with all employees with their fitness and nutrition goals. We also have Friday catered lunches, chair massages (1x mo.), in office workouts, beer and wine on tap, and healthy snacks. -Anyone in the company can sell work as the company is not organized and operated by a traditional hierarchy. Best of all though are the colleagues at Vynamic. We only hire experienced consultants that have 3+ years at a major firm. Smart, humble, and willing to do what it takes, Vynamic colleagues work on leading strategic projects to make our clients successful.
