Vynamic pays a competitive salary, but that salary does not grow annually at a pace comparable to Big 4 consulting. The variable compensation structure is decent, and features 5% chargeability bonuses until you bill a cumulative $1M (that takes 2.5+ years). Vynamic really pays well for sales, as long as another team member is completing the work. A "no double dip" policy is a current downside of selling your own work.
