Management is out of touch and behind with market and technology trends, they are way behind the curve in R&D, trying to bias customers away from the latest technology rather than admit they have no working product available. I would replace the CTO & CEO and replace with executives that are more in touch with the technology. I would scrap products that are not in line with the market & technology trend. I would replace the top engineering design team to meet the required product goals.

If you are an ethical person, this company is not the place for you, it strains many of us every day with the communication we are expected to provide to customers.

Knowledge is king, many people hide all information so as to hold their position, this practice is followed at every level of the company. The company has a tendency to hire and promote base on gender and ethnic background to help assure they are not in additional lawsuits. Although I am pro affirmative action, I feel there needs to be a check and balance to assure competent people are placed in the correct position based on ability foremost. The company has gone through so many lawsuits, they force no email trails when "delicate" issues come up, we must discuss verbally only. The company culture pushes for short term gain without concern of long term consequences, i.e. we will knowingly ship faulty product, falsify data and lie to customers to ship product.
