It's not easy to get hired, but they do a great job trying to keep you once you're here. They hire for cultural fit more than anything else. In my 30+ year career, it's the best firm I've ever worked for.

Remove the junior VP's and let them go gain some experience. The company has a tremendous culture and truly is a great place to work, but we have several young VP's that only know what they've seen at WWT and quite simply, can't lead people. They are smart, that are friendly, but they have been promoted to young and self centered careerists. Which is completely counter to Our culture and to the other 99% of the team.
