This session about Diversity is a practical encounter led by a successful, qualified and experienced Mediator and Team Coach – Balvinder Singh Powar – to give you insight and tools on how to make the most of a Diverse team of people to achieve Maximum Understanding and Performance. It is a fact that Diverse teams perform much better than uniform ones but Diversity has to be well managed.

We will discuss how to use a simple matrix developed by Professor Powar to understand people/team needs at different levels and initiate a deeper conversation to discover information & insights that will enhance team productivity.

This approach is especially useful at the beginning of a new programme/job/start-up launch/project and forms part of IE´s innovative approach to Education.
