How to discover your authentic leadership

Whether you’re an existing or an emerging leader, at some point in your career, it’s likely you’ll struggle finding a good role model, mentor, or sponsor to guide you. You may wish they would give you answers to questions like, “What should I be doing now?” But that’s not always possible. And in those moments, it’s vital that you feel solid in your leadership vision to guide you.

It’s important to explicitly know your own authentic leadership philosophy to guide you in those ever-frequent moments when there are no guidelines or instructions to show you the way. Especially if you tend to do things differently than others in your company, and may you wonder, “Is it OK to be this kind of leader? What is my leadership guided by, actually?”
