How to discover your authentic leadership
Whether you’re an existing or an emerging leader, at some point in your career, it’s likely you’ll struggle finding a good role model, mentor, or sponsor to guide you. And in those moments, it’s vital that you feel solid in your leadership vision to guide you.

Especially if you tend to do things differently than others in your company, and may you wonder, “Is it OK to be this kind of leader? What is my leadership guided by, actually?”
