Coordinate and manage requirement workshops between Product, Operations, and Technology to drive the functional requirements.
Work in Agile environment and maintain the Product Backlog working with client SMEs
Gather detailed business requirements and translate into features and user stories.
Management of requirement stakeholders with proactive communications to solicit their prompt feedback and approvals, to ensure the timely delivery of requirements. Identify business impacts and potential business process changes.
Support testing cycles (QC & UAT), this includes providing test cases in BDD model to support testing automation, defect remediation and support of UAT and business partner test cycles.
Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Working with peers to ensure that the team tasks are balanced against changing business and technical priorities
BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience with a background in banking industry.
8 plus years of experience defining business requirements for complex products, either as a business analyst or equivalent role in Agile software delivery
Working with Agile practices and associated skills including user story writing; agile product owner certification a plus
Skill Set: Agile, User Stories, Jira, Confluence, Process Modelling tools such as BlueWorks Live
Must be forward thinking and able to work independently, using critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to non-technical team members and clients.
Solid understanding and knowledge of workflow processes and technologies such as IBM BPM
Ability to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
Ability to foster collaboration, establish strong working relationships with key business partners and influence staff at all levels
Must be flexible and able to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Must quickly adapt to new technologies and a willingness to keep their skills and industry knowledge current
Strong technology, analytical, negotiation and communication skills are must-have
