Leverage technical, engineering, acquisition and programmatic expertise to support acquisition oversight of nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3) portfolio programs, projects, and activities for a DoD client. Apply systems engineering expertise to evaluating portfolio risk across cost, schedule, and performance baselines with an emphasis on satellite communication (SATCOM) systems. Advise on senior-level acquisition decisions to ensure efficient delivery of capability to the warfighter.

You Have:

5+ years of experience with working as an acquisition analyst or systems engineer in a DoD acquisition program office or on a Service or OSD-level staff

Experience with evaluating and managing programmatic risk, including cost, schedule, and performance for a DoD weapons system

TS/SCI clearance

BS degree in Engineering

Nice If You Have:

Experience with conducting portfolio management across federal acquisition programs

Experience with applying advanced analytic techniques to evaluate programmatic risks

Experience as an action officer on the Joint Staff or OSD- or Service-level staff

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

MA or MS degree
