The Alliance Director is responsible for driving relationships within specific verticals (Health and Life Sciences) with Salesforce, including working closely with Partner Sales, Partner Account Managers, CSG and Sales Leadership. • Partner Sales Relationships:

• Establish and foster relationships within specific assigned verticals of Partner Sales team within Salesforce

• Leverage relationships for introductions to AVP/RVP teams

• Identify sponsorship opportunities for QBR and team meetings

• Expertly deliver EPAM Polsource messaging showing expertise within the given verticals Partner Account Manager Relationship

• Partner Account Manager Relationship:

• Meet regularly with Partner Account Manager

• Identify open opportunities to drive introductions to account teams

• Assist in rectifying red account issues by identifying key resources to engage with the team

• Business Development:

• Through relationships with Salesforce, drive new customer opportunities

• Conduct introductory meetings with Salesforce Account teams to the EPAM Polsource message

• Introduce EPAM Polsource account team into new opportunities

• Marketing Alignment:

• Work closely with Partner Marketing to ensure latest messaging is included in marketing campaigns

• Provide thought leadership in the industry through blogs/assets/etc


• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience), advanced degree a plus

• 8+ years professional experience with 2+ years focused on alliance management or equivalent experience working with vendors

• 5+ years working within Salesforce ecosystem

• Industry expertise in Financial Services or Health Life Science

• Ability to quickly learn and articulate the high-level value proposition for industry specific EPAM Polsource messaging

• Experience fostering and driving relationships within the relevant business lines of your alliance

• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies, including senior level executives, consulting resources, technical teams, and sales representatives

• Experience translating technical information into business and sales opportunities
