As the AI Engagement Leader, you will report directly to the Global AI Solution Architect. You will be integral to driving the digital transformation of Honeywell and building the capabilities needed that allows us to serve the consumer faster and at scale. This role, in conjunction with our business leaders, will help accelerate our greatest opportunities and put decision-making closer to the consumer, across Honeywell Strategic Business Units, so we can move at the speed of the marketplace.
This position is responsible for coordination and execution of AI services delivery and product adoption for key strategic customer(s) and/or business units. This role is customer-facing and requires interaction with various stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, with the goal of enabling overall customer success. This role exercises your program management knowledge, experience with large multi-product implementations and software development, relationship management, consulting and process improvement/organizational change, sales enablement, and post-delivery follow-up.
This role plays a critical role to ensure the success of data and analytic engagements from opportunity selection, to ensuring solution adoption, to post-delivery follow-up for follow-on opportunity enablement and customer value realization. You'll be accountable to make a meaningful impact on the future direction of the company.
Essential job functions:
Establish this role as a trusted business partner and provide customer direction to shape business cases, scope value generating opportunities, and manage data and analytics portfolio risk;
Partner with delivery and execution teams to ensure seamless transition from opportunity identification and selection, to execution, through adoption and post-delivery support;
Create build/buy tradeoff analyses and determine the most cost effective way to enable value for Honeywell and our customers, while enable scalable, reusable solutions and IP;
Make recommendations regarding organizational structure or process change to maximize service and delivery of new offering/enhancements
In collaboration with internal partners, develops recommended plans and secures budget for marketing/thought leadership, collateral development and sales organization training.
Communicate program information and status to the executives and stakeholders, and provide engagement oversight of the program related projects and tracks of work; Act as internal point of coordination for discussions relating to approach and solution and is the primary escalation point prior to executive involvement.
Gather continuous feedback from partners and recommend/implement continuous improvements to the analytic engagement function.
Facilitate engagement kick-off workshops and provide on-site leadership as needed up to 3-5 days per week.
YOU MUST HAVE
Master’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math), business, or related Discipline
5+ years of meaningful STEM industry experience
3+ years of customer-facing professional services, consulting, or project management experience
Substantial experience in project management or equivalent business experience
Strong experience in analytical consulting across a variety of industry verticals
Proficiency and knowledge of technical concepts in big data processing and manipulation.
Demonstrated willingness to aggressively learn new things
Strong collaboration skills, clear team player, hardworking, can-do attitude.
Detail oriented, deliver with the highest quality
Outstanding critical thinking skills and ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to mixed and non-technical audiences
Excellent communication skills (i.e., verbal, written, messaging and storytelling skillsets)
Facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to run meetings and workshops with groups of 20+
Outstanding stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills;
Able to exercise good judgment by making timely and effective, well-informed decisions
Ability to work independently and under deadlines and with multiple competing priorities as well as thrive under ambiguous circumstances
