Associate Group Director – VP | Private Client Group, San Francisco, CA
In this position, you will focus on providing ongoing client relationship servicing and business development efforts.
Primary responsibilities include
Develop prospects from current client base, referral leads, and other sources
Assist in management of business portfolio and actively generate additional business by networking and community involvement
Present information on available services such as deposit accounts, lines-of-credit, sales or inventory financing, cash management, or investment service and provide ongoing relationship servicing
Work with the mortgage vendor in the processing of mortgages and home equity loans/lines, coordinate timely closing and funding of new loans, monitor and renew existing loans, assists with loan documentation, conducts site visitations, and assist with updates to loan files
Review business trends, advise clients regarding expected fluctuations, ascertain financial needs and prepare customized proposals best suited to client’s needs
Coordinate with specialists from internal departments on joint presentations to meet prospect’s needs and in resolving client issues
Open and service accounts in accordance with policies, ensures compliance with bank secrecy act, and other regulatory functions
Assist the Group Director in daily operations
Minimum 7 years of experience in a financial institution in a similar position
Strong business development skills and prior sales experience with ability to produce new business
Excellent interpersonal, client service, communication and relationship management skills
In-depth knowledge of financial service products including commercial loans
High School Diploma or equivalent required
