RTI’s Center for Health Care Advancement has an opportunity available to work with Center leadership to grow our consulting practice. Your work will focus on working with Center leadership by applying strategic vision and business acumen to help grow our interdisciplinary evidence-based consulting practice.

RTI's Center for Health Care Advancement is recruiting for an Associate, Strategic Growth to join our team, who will help to grow our consulting business.  

Responsibilities to include, but not be limited to: 

Oversee CHCA marketing collateral portfolio – cataloging, tracking usage, effectiveness. Assist in identifying gaps and suggested edits and additions. 

Assist in the design, execution and assessment of CHCA marketing campaigns

In collaboration with marketing, manage content and refinements to CHCA web page

Serve as primary lead within CHCA on coordinating conference presentations, trade shows, webinars and other growth-related activities  

Assist CHCA in optimizing marketing automation (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce) systems by supporting data quality, system utilization and ongoing reporting. 

Conduct and present necessary research in support of CHCA growth function

Synthesize ongoing market and/or competitor information and report out on developments and other issues of importance to CHCA 

Monitor and report on trends relevant to CHCA core markets and environments

In collaboration with Growth team, develop and operationalize learning systems to include (1) market interactions, (2) business development interactions and (3) client interactions (delivery). 

Strongly advocate for RTI and CHCA’s brand, capabilities, values and ethics in all interactions, animated by an understanding and appreciation for our customer’s long-term value

Ensure work is detail oriented, with an ability to multi-task, meet timelines and maintain a very high level of quality

Familiarity and interest in the commercial health care ecosystem, including payers, providers, regulators and other market actors

May consider remote locations as well.

Required Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience 

Healthcare marketing or consulting experience preferred 

Resourceful with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and ideas with a strong marketing and business acumen

Demonstrated proficiency working with Microsoft Office. Experience with Pardot (or similar Marketing Automation Platform) or a CRM strongly preferred.

Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task, meet timelines and maintain a very-high level of quality

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders across a diverse organization

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Copywriting or content marketing writing experience highly preferred. Strong editing and proofreading skills.

Self-starter who can think creatively and work independently in a fast-paced, shifting environment
