Our Pittsburgh office is seeking a dedicated Audit Senior Manager or Director to work with our Financial Services practice!  

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with financial institutions of various sizes

Build personal referral sources and clientele while actively participating in team marketing opportunities

Participate in business development and proposal opportunities

Participate in speaking and article writing opportunities

Adequately identify audit risks and problems through review to ensure audit engagements are completed with defendable files and documentation

Assist in managing, developing and coaching professional staff

Manage multiple client relationships, billings and resource needs

Complete CPE specific to the financial institutions industry

Manage multiple concurrent engagements without disruption or loss of control and within scheduled deadlines

Lead audit committee meetings presentations

Accurately complete and review audit engagements in a manner that meets professional technical requirements

Consistently identify engagement and operating problems and provide timely solutions and consultation

Manage all aspects of an audit engagement including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and wrap

Manage multiple client relationships, billings and resource needs

Research technical accounting issues


Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field required; Master's Degree preferred

Current CPA designation required

Minimum of 7 years (senior manager) or 10 years (director) of audit experience in public accounting strongly preferred

Ability and willingness to travel

Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal

Excellent client relationship skills, time management and project management skills

Strong knowledge and experience managing larger, more complex engagements

Proficient in MS Office suite—Word and Excel
