53 people have viewed this jobPrimarily lead and participate in a range of regional / global audit for the Enterprise Credit Risk Management and Wholesale Credit functions, including audit planning, executing, directing team members and ensuring the timely completion of audits and to a high quality standard
Ensure that senior management is informed of findings throughout the review and make constructive recommendations on action required
Lead multiple projects using technology and analytic techniques to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced environment
Build and prepare audit plans
Implement risk based audit strategy
Collect and analyse complex data and identify and evaluate risk and control measures
Exercise judgment and critical thinking to influence business partners, senior business managers and peers
Help business partners to balance their business strategy with appropriate risk management controls
Clearly and accurately document the execution of specific audit procedures as defined by the projects’ objectives and planned audit approach
Prepare written reports, supporting audit opinions
Contribute ideas/opinions to the regional / global audit teams and listen/respond to other team members' views. Bring potential opportunities to the team's attention
Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests as needed
Core skills:
Internal audit / enterprise credit risk management / credit origination experience with subject matter knowledge of the credit risk management process
Basic understanding of Credit Rating Model and Process
Have a broad understanding of the Laws and Regulations impacting the credit business
Knowledge of Banking and Global Market products / process and associated credit risks in a large and recognized comparable Global Financial Services institution
Solid risk assessment, analytical and multitasking skills
Develop and mentor team members by providing day to day coaching and guidance
Master project and time management skills
University level of education or equivalent experience
Professional Certification - FRM / ACA / ACCA / CFA / / CIA or any other equivalent professional qualification would be helpful
