Responsibilities

Effectively partner with data analytics, finance and product teams across the bank to translate business needs to design and develop tools, analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights into the business 

Leverage data, to understand trends, identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer experience, deliver marketshare growth, and communicate conclusions 

Synthesize analytical results and develops, recommends, and implements business strategies that improve decisions and improve performance. Establishes baselines for strategies and tracks actual performance to expectations

Collaborate widely to develop and execute strategic programme marketing plans in support of business strategy, and deliver towards key metrics.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, aligning goals to execute projects in a timely and efficient manner; drives interaction with marketing, products, channels, and technology to deliver customer-centric programmes

Requirements  

Bachelor Degree with a minimum 5+ years of experience in segment management and product management 

Be passionate about delivering customer value through deep understanding of customer job-to-be-done and with use of data

Good eye for marketing will be advantageous  

Demonstrated ability to create strategic plans and lay out a strategic course of action to drive future business growth 

Demonstrated ability to translate data and customer needs into marketable programme features

Experience building strong and effective relationships with key partners within and outside the organization

Ability to communicate effectively to internal teams, key partners and executive management
