The Regional Consultant is an inside sales position working in partnership with an external wholesaler. The internal/external team will focus on effectively building the business of financial advisors affiliated with Independent Broker Dealers and Banks. The Regional Consultant will become an expert on Envestnet Wealth Management platform, helping advisors create investment proposals, following up on individual cases to remove obstacles, and help close managed accounts business.

Excellent communication and telephone service skills


Action oriented, self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and drive


Ability to cultivate and enhance new and existing business through phone calls and e-mail


Proactively target and train new financial advisors using the Envestnet platform


Proactively follow up with Advisors that have recently written business with the firm


Follow-up with advisors who have recently attended conferences, road shows or sales meetings


Effectively train advisors over the phone and through Webex demonstrations


Help in preparing for client sales, conferences, and regional meetings


Goal oriented, focused on individual and team sales success


Develop sales ideas and build sales presentations that complement specific advisors business needs or profiles


Ability to understand and articulate the benefits of separately managed accounts


Travel when necessary to conduct field meetings and attend conferences
