The Manager, Savings Plan Administration position is a member of the Benefits COE reporting to the Director, Retirement. Responsible for the overall management of the Company s qualified and non-qualified defined contribution retirement plans with over $6 billion in assets.


This position is part of the Benefits Center of Expertise (COE), an enthusiastic and highly productive team, where each employee has the opportunity to grow and make an impact. We provide also provide flexibility for some telecommuting during the week, an end-of-year week long paid shutdown and a 6% match, with immediate vesting, on 401(k) contributions.


Responsibilities


Responsible for the administration and management of the Company s defined contribution plans, including multiple 401(k) plans and the deferred compensation plan.


Manage plan administrators, trustees, advisors and third party vendors to ensure plans are being administered in accordance with plan documents and regulatory requirements.


Lead, coordinate and develop the Company s Retirement Education initiatives.


Initiate, recommend and implement changes in administrative procedures for compliance with Federal regulations. Ensure company compliance with provisions of ERISA, IRS, DOL and 409(A) regulations.


Serve as a point of contact for escalated Service Center participant questions requiring plan specific expertise.


Responsible for the support of DC Retirement related audits (DCAA, IRS, DOL, internal and other regulatory audits).


Responsible for leading the annual DC Retirement Program Compliance testing initiatives.


Implement changes in administrative procedures for service enhancements.


Assist in the preparation of communications materials and other media for communicating changes and enhancements to employees.


Position Requirements


Bachelor s Degree with at least 7 years experience and at least 4 years of relevant experience.


Strong technical knowledge of rules and regulations for qualified and non-qualified Defined Contribution retirement plans and deferred compensation plans.


Experience in planning, defining and executing Technology requirements for benefit plans.


M&A integration and benefit strategy experience is desired.


Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be able to effectively present to senior leaders and to external audiences.


Organizational agility and ability to adapt to change rapidly in time sensitive situations.


Excellent project management and organizational skills.


Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills and proficient in the use of databases and PeopleSoft


Exceptional ability to reconcile numbers and strong negotiation skills.


Typical Education & Experience


Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
