The Brand Director personally leads and is involved in every aspect of the brand's experience. The Brand Director will drive results independently, and will also rely on close coordination with other internal departments.

1. You will be responsible for the financial performance of the brand, developing and executing plans to achieve targeted profits. This includes but is not limited to budget management, setting pricing direction, hitting product margin targets, and all other financial initiatives related to the brand.

2. You will own the management and successful execution of plans for the brand's catalog creation, catalog circulation, digital advertising, sales campaigns, strategic partnerships, and other initiatives. There is a lot to do here, and you'll need very effective time- and project-management skills to successfully manage it all. You'll also need to be obsessed with clearly measuring performance and moving quickly to adjust plans based on what's working and what's not.

3. You'll lead the brand's product strategy. In collaboration with our Product Marketing team, you will create unique and innovative product assortment plans. With our Product Development team, you'll play a key role in expanding our line of proprietary products by creating and contributing to the execution of new product ideas from concept to launch.

4. You'll develop actionable insights about our customers and the market. You will research, listen to, and understand our customers and their needs through market research, market events, and direct interactions. You'll then use those customer, market and competitor insights to create successful product, advertising and selling plans that drive profitable sales growth.


Requirements

Microsoft Excel, B2C Marketing, Brand Management, Product Management, Product Management A non-stop desire to understand the customer and the market. The ability to create and execute multi-faceted business plans that achieve sales and profit growth goals. The ability to successfully complete projects on time, both independently and by guiding the activities of team mates from other departments or outside vendors. The ability to interpret and draw useful conclusions from financial statements, product performance reports, web performance reports, advertising reports and other sources of performance information.
