Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for achieving the annual sales targets assigned for the region/markets

  • Responsible for independently leading client conversations in the core area of Business Transformation and Cloud Solutions

  • Work closely with the product partner sales teams to identify and manage opportunities for the respective products

  • Build and review client account plans regularly to drive growth and satisfaction

  • Actively participate in the marketing initiatives for the assigned markets

  • Collaborate with Alight’s internal teams for successful project delivery / implementation

  • Responsible for managing existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling and portfolio expansion

  • Identify areas for growth of Alight’s business portfolio through new product partnerships or geographic expansion.


Requirements:



  • Should have 12-15 years of experience in selling HR/ Finance services and related cloud products to large corporates

  • Should have at least 3 years of experience in selling Cloud Solutions

  • Ability to develop deep, senior-level relationships with companies

  • Strong communication skills and ability to create client ready documents (proposals, presentations etc.)

  • Should be able to work as an independent contributor and have the self-drive to grow Indonesia market
