We are seeking a strong candidate to support the building and the development of Gamma in NAMR.

We are a global organization, which requires strong cooperation and communication with many key players around the world both within and outside of Gamma. Thus, the Gamma NAMR Business Mgmt Director will provide management advisory and operational capacity to the Gamma partners in NAMR. S/he is expected to act as a thought partner for the Gamma partners in NAMR and the Global Business Management Senior Director and to help execute the commercial agenda for Gamma in NAMR.S/he will also oversee the day to day operations necessary to run the business, including staffing, billability and pipeline management. 


Overtime, the Business Director will build a Management & Operations team to ensure smooth operations of Gamma in NAMR.

Working closely with the Global HR Director and the regional HR teams, the NAMR Business Mgmt Director will play a central role in building a strong team in NAMR by providing thought partnership on the Gamma people agenda, including affiliation and employee satisfaction. 


YOU'RE GOOD AT


Business strategy and development

Support Gamma leadership, the NAMR Gamma Partners and the Global Business Management Senior Director with the strategy and development of the commercial agenda in NAMR

Pushes the commercial agenda, from strategy to action, working closely with the GlobalBusiness Management Senior Director and partner team in NAMR

Prepare business reviews and analyses for business planning discussions

Monitor NAMR client portfolio, consolidate plans and initiatives (e.g. campaigns) as necessary working together with the Client Team

Participate in regular meetings to monitor the lead flow, proposal pipeline and sold cases, reaching out to relevant CCOs/Partners

Business management

Manage and participate in the NAMR operations committee, the team of regional Partners and BST leadership, to shape the agenda for leadership discussions at global and regional meetings

Responsible for staffing in NAMR, with strong coordination with Europe staffer as Gamma is managed globally

Ensure Gamma is present and participating in practice area meetings to drive opportunities

Monitor quality of NAMR Gamma CT performance to improve case process and outcomes

Help build a strong NAMR team of ECT Principals / PLs, Principal and Lead Data Scientists.Create anenvironment for these cohorts to and engage and exchange on Gamma key priorities

Support "seat at the table" and other business community activities as needed

People Agenda in collaboration with Global HR Director

Team with the Global HR Director on the people topics, including HR, recruiting, team affiliation and employee satisfaction surveys, sharing ideas to improve office culture, morale, processes and policies

Link commercial and technical needs of the business to NAMR pyramid planning in support of staffing and the recruiting efforts

Develop and reinforce a strong team culture focused on the success of Gamma in NAMR to help build office culture and integration.Align on and foster strong team spirit globally.

Be the go-to person for NAMR staff


YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)


Education & Experience

10+ years of relevant work experience in business management or 8+ years of consulting firm experience

Significant BCG experience preferred, ideally at Principal level

Advanced university degree and demonstrated high academic achievements

Project management experience
