Preparation of key management/stakeholder meetings (including agenda/minutes).

You will facilitate frequent dialogues with other product units (e.g. execution, external providers).

You will follow-up on action points and ensure execution.

Run special small initiatives (e.g. competitor analysis, research, awards)

Project management for small business initiatives

You will represent Trading Solutions Advisory & Sales in working groups, steering groups, programme boards, as appropriate.

You will support business reviews of single business initiatives.

Keep abreast of regulatory change topics impacting Trading Solutions Advisory & Sales and participate in projects

Take on lead for various business management topics

Handle administration (e.g. application/room access, MyAccess, D2 update, phone log, GARS)

Handle communication and content (e.g. mandate definition, Trading Solutions Advisory & Sales Intranet page, events)

Management reporting: handle the business updates for Trading Solutions Advisory & Sales

Oversee/coordinate/track/provide input for Product Vertical (where useful)

You Offer

You have 5-10 years’ experience within Investment Banking, Private Banking, COO, CFO or other relevant financial services roles.

Your good knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas is a requirement:

Planning Activities

Project Management

Management Reporting & Communication (incl. financials)

Broad knowledge of investment products, e.g. for Equities, Fixed Income

You have strong communication skills (written and verbal), who is able to liaise with all levels, explain potentially complex ideas and present findings to senior management.

Your strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement and basic programming skills (e.g. macros, MS Access) is a plus.

You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively; able to handle a large workload efficiently, delivering to strict deadlines.

You are dedicated and able to learn quickly and independently.

You are a good team-player, with a validated ability to work across business divisions and functions.
