Job Description

As a valued leader on the team, you will play a role in developing the strategic plan that provides overall direction and strategic latitude, as well as the planning, directing, or coordinating business unit operational activities with the support of your team and management.


The COO Business Office - Business Administration - Senior Manager role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

• Identify strategic needs of the business through understanding unit operations and broader enterprise context.

• Keep track of coordination of stakeholders and team members to deliver strategic business initiatives.

• Encourage team members to streamline efficiencies and drive productivity.



Minimum Required Experiences

• 6 years of related experience

• Must have People Management experience leading a small cross functional team

• Experience overseeing financial management data -forecasting, human capital planning, 3rd party vendors (Statements of Works)

• Strong communication, including presentation ( visual management )

• Presentation skills to share information and / or ideas with audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understanding

• Strong relationship skills as this role will be liasoning with DCIO BMOs and CIO executive office

• Relationship Management skills including engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.

Desired Experiences

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
