Manage consulting engagements and technology-based IT solution projects for clients. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and lead a small group of business operations analysts and logistics personnel within the PMO of a large dynamic program supporting a critical Defense and Military Intelligence client. Provide oversight and execution across key business operations areas, including Finance, IT procurements, and Logistics. Manage multiple government client relationships. Manage contract finance overview and IT procurement planning with data and mission driven solutions. Contribute to all aspects of program management and support IT technical experts in making sure key business requirements are delivered on-time. Work with a collaborative team with diverse technical backgrounds, analyzes data, and reports operational metrics and financial forecasts to government clients and stakeholders.
3+ years of experience with managing contract finance, business operations, including labor projections, IT procurement management, and financial analysis
3+ years of experience with managing IT procurement schedules and lifecycles
2+ years of experience with financial forecasting and cost projections.
2+ years of experience with managing and directing the work of 2 or more staff
TS/SCI clearance required
BA or BS degree
Experience with business intelligence software, including Tableau or Power BI
Experience with supporting business or finance on DoD programs
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
