Comfortable handling complex projects and working effectively with cross-LOB stakeholders

Strong end-to-end problem solving skills, e.g.,

Define, frame and deconstruct large, business-wide problems

Prioritize issues, analysis and team capacity

Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses

Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources

Identify implications and drive to major decisions with solid rationale

Articulate and concise communication skills, with experience speaking to senior management 


4+ years management consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy experience

Payments experience preferred; wholesale banking and B2B payments background is a plus

Track record of managing work teams with high marks on mentorship and coaching

Outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written)

Distinctive problem solving skills; able to break down and structure complex problems

Ability to influence across business lines, cultures, functions; drive results without direct control

Strong project and process management skills

Open to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers

Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with analytical and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, R, SAS, etc.)
