A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
Minimum 5 years of experience solutioning, delivering finance process transformation enabled by technology
Minimum 5 years Program/Project Management, including resource planning and budget management stake holder management
Minimum 2 years of Global Management Consulting experience and/or internal consulting experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting including financial modeling and analytical reporting
Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent of 10+ years of working experience
Experience in designing data mgmt. including governance, process and enabling technologies.
Preferred 3 years corporate performance management technology expertise
Business case development experience including executive mgmt. reporting and analytics
Preferred to have more than one domain expertise across the corporate performance management processes (EPM strategy, Financial Planning, Close & Consolidations and Financial Analytical Reporting
Has strong presentation and collaborative skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation /deliverables.

Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
